La importancia del la copia de seguridad (backup)

I want to share an unpleasant experience that I spent a few days ago with my blog, and was warned that while no longer a good scare. With support from my hosting provider and backups, only remained just that … fright.

When I was  working with Miquel Baixas on one of our projects open my blog to make some checks. What was my surprise when it was empty. If, as you read, empty as shown in the picture below.

This you see above is something that can happen at any time due to problems in the WordPress database and as I mentioned before, the solution was simple, but again I stress the importance of backing up your work.

For this case the problem was solved by a repair of it through phpmyadmin. If this had not worked, it would have saved the backup periodically conducted directly with a plugin for WordPress: the “WordPress Database Backup.”

If you do not want the job a few years to sink in a blink of an eye, take action, and make backup of your blog.

Bien es cierto que este tema poco tiene que ver con los negocios en Internet, pero no cabe duda que el mundial de fútbol, es un evento que cada cuatro años “invade” nuestros hogares de una u otra manera. En esta ocasión nos referimos al Mundial de fútbol Sudáfrica 2010.
